Business development and representation

Your voice, in the right rooms.

I learn how your firm works, then represent you in outreach, at industry events, and in meetings with potential and existing clients.

Why this exists

You do excellent work. Someone still has to be out there talking about it.

Business development tends to slip behind the project in front of you. A full-time hire is a large commitment, and a commission-driven sales rep rarely learns a firm well enough to speak for it.

I work as the third option: one committed person who represents your firm as if I were part of your team. I work with small and mid-size hospitality and hospitality-adjacent firms that need steady business development without a full-time hire.

I am a relationships-first business development consultant. I build genuine relationships on authentic connection and trust, and the rest falls into place.

I represent firms whose work shapes the guest experience, and I put them in front of the people who hire them.

Representation

One person, fully committed to your firm.

  • Outreach and follow-up

Research into the right people, then introductions by email, LinkedIn, and phone, and the steady follow-up that turns a first reply into a conversation.

  • Meetings and presentations

A confident voice in the room, virtual or in person, with travel to meet clients where they are.

  • Events and conferences

A familiar face at the events that matter, meeting the right people on your behalf.

  • Conference preparation

Your team arrives with a plan: who to meet, what to say, and how to follow up afterward.

How it works

I learn you first.

  1. 01

    Intro call

A conversation about your firm, your work, and what growth looks like for you.

  2. 02

    Learn

Your story, culture, and goals, so I can speak for you accurately.

  3. 03

    Represent

Outreach, events, and meetings on your behalf, in your voice.

  4. 04

    Report

Here is what happened, and here is what comes next.

Capable hands

One accountable person, from first call to follow-up.

I learn you before I represent you

We start with your firm's story, culture, and goals, so I speak for you accurately.

You work with one person

Bilingual, consistent, and transparent about activity and results. No handoffs, and no mystery about what is happening on your behalf.

About

A steady voice for firms that shape the guest experience.

Hospitality taught me how people connect. I have worked in operations, account management, tourism, customer service, and business development, and the lesson never changed: relationships are built slowly, honestly, and by showing up again.

So I started KOC to do one thing well. I represent hospitality and hospitality-adjacent firms the way a good host welcomes a guest: with genuine warmth, a strong work ethic, and a polish you never have to worry about.

Consider it covered.

Email me, or reach me by phone or WhatsApp, to set up an intro call. We will talk about your firm, who you want to reach, and whether I am a good fit. No pitch, no pressure.
